Passport Re-Issue (Adult) & Fresh Issue (Minor)

Hello Friends,
I am sharing my experience of passport application at Herald House, ITO, New Delhi.

1. Show your appointment receipt and guard will let you inside 15mins prior.
2. Get your documents checked at the counter who will provide you with token no.
3. Show your token to another guard. He will let you in. Then wait for your turn in row A on the same floor.
4. After finishing the work at row A. Then move to 1st floor and wait for your turn at row B.
5. After finishing the work at row B. Then wait for your turn at row C.
6. After finishing the work at row C. Then submit the documents at Exit Counter and collect a receipt from him.

Passport Re-Issue (Adult) before Expiry

      Documents to Carry

1. Online Appointment Receipt
2. Passport (Copy of first & last page including page two.)
3. Aadhar (Copy of front & back.)

Passport Fresh Issue (Minor)

      Documents to Carry

1. Online Appointment Receipt
2. Annexure D (Consent from both parents)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Passport Size Photo with white background
5. Parent Aadhar
6. Child Aadhar
7. Mother Passport (As it had the spouse name on it.)
