Paneer/Chaap Tikka

For Marination

Besan ki ruh heat mustard oil n add besan
Hung Curd 4 tb spoon
Kala Namak
Kali Mirch
Kasturi
Red chilli
Lahsun adrak paste
Dhaniya powder
Jeera powder
Salt
Deghi mirch
Tandoori Masala

Afterwards mix the paneer cubes/soya pieces in the marination, cover and set aside for 30-45mins in fridge.

Place the paneer/soya on the tray in convection mode @ 200 degrees for 8-10 mins.

Then roast on the grilled pan on low flame.
