- Sir your SIM will be deactivated in 30mins. To keep it activated send a SMS to 121.

- Sir share the code (OTP) you have received.
At any step if you feel your SIM has been compromised.
- Get your SIM blocked/barred immediately.
- Block your bank accounts.
- Change your email and other account passwords that were configured on your mobile.
Airtel SIM Swap Process
- To change the SIM, you need to send the 20-digit number at the back of the new card to 121 prefixing SIM. When the request is accepted, select 1 to confirm.
- Within a few minutes the service on your existing SIM will stop. Once that happens, insert the new SIM and wait for the network to show up.

- Enter your Account Number.
- Enter your registered Mobile Number to receive your User ID.
- Enter your User ID.
- Enter your Mobile Number.
- Enter the Unique Reference Number (URN) on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the new Password.
